We're in downtown Vancouver - just a few blocks from the waterfront. Street parking can be tricky, but there's a parkade two blocks north. Or better yet, take the SkyTrain and walk over.

First meeting's casual - usually about an hour. Bring any sketches, photos, or just ideas you've been mulling over

We'll visit the site together if there is one. Nothing beats seeing the actual space and how the light hits it

Then we start designing - collaborating until we've got something that feels right for you and the land
